At Max and Lily, we want you to love your new home furnishings, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to ensure we can continue providing high-quality furniture at accessible prices.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original shipping boxes to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of each box.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Pickup

  Take your package to the designated carrier location or schedule a home pickup, and your refund will be processed once the items pass inspection at our warehouse.
